Ben was raised in a small town in South Dakota (don’t hold that against him) and moved to Stillwater at the ripe old age of 27. He’s also been a Certified Residential Appraiser in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 2001. This ‘analytical’ career gives him an advantage when determining a home’s value.
